How much is shipping?

The shipping rate is based on the weight of the purchase at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders totaling $65 before taxes and promotional codes.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders received after 5 pm PST will be processed the next business day. You can select either UPS or USPS. The average delivery time is between 2 and 5 business days, but it depends on the destination and holidays.

Missing Package

When you place an order, you will receive a tracking number via email. Sometimes packages are stuck in transit, which could cause a delay. If this happens, contact us so we can assist with locating the package.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your order. If, for any reason, you are satisfied with a product, please contact us at contactgden@gdenproducts.com within 30 days from the purchase date. Only purchases ordered from gdenproducts.com are eligible for return. If you purchased from a retailer, please refer to the retailer's return policy.
