GDEN's journey began out of frustration, trying to find products that could detangle my daughter's long, thick, and curly hair. When my daughter was in college studying chemistry and working as a cancer research assistant, she decided to go natural and do the big chop removing all her chemically processed straight hair. The longer her natural hair grew, the harder it became to care for it. For years, we searched for products on the market that claimed to work on natural curly hair, but nothing really worked. I had to do something to help, so I decided to try a plant remedy I used growing up. My daughter and I were amazed at how quickly it detangled her hair.
