Shipping and Returns

How much is shipping

The shipping rate is based on the weight of the purchase as checkout.  We offer free shipping on orders totaling $100 or more. 

 How long will it take for my order to arrive

Orders are processed upon receipt, and ship via Ground UPS or USPS. It also depends on the destination, address and holidays.

 Missing Package

When you place an order, you will receive a tracking number. Sometimes packages are stuck in transit which could cause a delay. If this happens, contact us so we can assist with locating the package.

 Shipping International

We currently offer shipping in the USA but if you are interested in purchasing our products for international delivery, contact us prior to placing the order so we can look for the best shipping company to see if it is possible. Keep in mind shipping may be higher. Also, the exchange rate will also apply. 

Returns

We want you to be happy with your order. If you are unhappy, please contact us at contactgden@gdenproducts.com within 30 days from your purchase date. Only purchases from gdenproducts.com website are accepted for this return policy. If you purchased from a retailer, please refer to the retailer’s return policy. After doing so, please contact us so we know the reasons for the return to see how we can help you.
